Did you know the act of eating protein doesn’t build muscle? Simply eating protein will not build or grow muscles. However, it will provide the nourishment muscles need to strengthen and grow as a result of exercise. Muscles are toned and improved by exercise if the protein nutrients are present in the body. Eating a full plate of chicken every day will not automatically cause muscles to grow on their own.

Overload of information in daily life – Basically, life overload.
How much information can we handle? Can too much information be bad for our health and well being? How much is too much?
Have you ever noticed how often we have to re-learn something, just to keep the status quo? For example, every time a new cellphone model is released, we have to learn how to use the new features. Or every time a software update is released, we have to learn the new system. Learning how to use a smart television can test our patience. Even learning how to use Facebook or a new app, bring frustrating challenges.
Are these deliberately designed this way?
We’ve been brainwashed and sold into believing medications solve medical issues. They don’t. They treat the symptoms of a health imbalance, but don’t stop the problem of why the issue developed in the first place.
The pharmaceutical industry drives medical policy in hospitals, education curriculum at medical schools, research funding at universities, and the treatment of disease. If you suffer from sinusitis, inflammation of the sinuses, and your doctor gives you an anti-inflammatory medication to treat the inflammation. He/she is prescribing medication to treat the swelling, but not to address the issue of what caused the swelling initially.
The whole core of western medicine is built on a faulty foundation, on the theory that germs and bacteria cause disease; originating from Louie Pasteur, which is not true.
Many of the poor and needy in our country are at a great disadvantage, struggling daily to get ahead with little or no hope in sight. What they and the majority of all other people don’t realize is this: our brain’s capacity for learning, memory, and innovation has been slowly decreasing over the last several decades. Is this slowing normal for an aging brain?
We are still discovering how our environment and food choices over time, have diminished the brains ability to function. Millions of people report experiencing brain fog, grogginess, difficulty learning, attention deficit, depression and other issues. It doesn’t have to be this way.
Strengthen Relationships – Part 3
Most of my family felt I was blindly rushing into marriage, but they didn’t know what I knew. They didn’t know about the Groom’s Cake Incident. From their perspective I was going to marry someone underneath me, less than I deserved. I owned a home, two cars, and a boat. I had a college degree, a steady career, and I made good money. He was unemployed and had a broken leg when we became engaged.
Strengthen Relationships – Part 2
The previous blog left off where I was stocking peanuts on the nut aisle. Where my future husband, who we’ll call “Jeff” walked over to chat with me. I don’t remember everything we talked about, but at one point he said to me, “You never know, I might marry you someday.” “Ha”, I said, “Marry you? I wouldn’t even go out with you. You’re just a player.”
We stayed friendly for several months. He’d come in alone or with his fiancé, and we’d chat a bit from time to time.

Do you feel healthy? Just because you feel healthy doesn’t mean you are. The human body is incredibly resilient. It can work around weaknesses and damage already incurred within to keep primary life functions in operation, so the body can remain alive.
Just because the body is alive doesn’t mean it’s functioning at optimal life capacity.
