My passion includes conducting intense research on nutrition and dietetic studies. I love helping people achieve improved health and vitality, through food. Our backyards can act as better pharmacies, than do medications and drug stores. Foods contain medicinal, chemical, and health benefits, which can be obtained internally and/or topically.

I attended Glendale Adventist Hospital and Graduated as a nurse. My work experience includes Washington Adventist Hospital in Tacoma Park,   Maryland and Doctor’s Hospital in Washington, D.C.

I earned my B.S. in Dietetics  from Washington Adventist University, my M.S. in Nutrition from Howard University in Washington, D.C.

Currently I act as a health and nutrition consultant for individuals.
